About the Role
You'll shape the ideas behind the ads. As a Creative Strategist at Orama, you're the one coming up with the angles, hooks, and concepts that make cold audiences stop scrolling — then working hand in hand with our editors and designers to turn those ideas into creative that actually performs.
It's part thinking, part briefing: you'll live in the ideation, but you'll also care about what the work does once it's live. We move fast, hold a high bar, and give you real ownership over the concepts your brands run. If excellence is your standard, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- 💡 Angle & Hook Ideation: Run the weekly brainstorms for your brands — generating scroll-stopping angles and hook variations rooted in direct response, then handing production-ready concepts to the editing team.
- 🧠 Creative Strategy: Own each client's master strategy doc — the source of truth for their positioning, angles, and what's worth testing next.
- 🔎 Industry Radar: Keep a pulse on what's working (and what's not) across platforms and competitors, and turn those signals into fresh ideas worth testing.
- 🎯 Concept Reviews: Sit in on reviews with the creative leads and help call what ships and what gets killed — no ego, just what performs.
- 🤝 Collaborate with Creatives: Work closely with video editors, designers, and the creative lead so every concept lines up with the visual direction and the campaign goal.
- 📋 Stay Aligned: Keep your work organized and moving in Notion and ClickUp so the whole team stays in sync.
What We're Looking For
- ✅ 2+ years in performance or creative marketing, ideally for DTC brands
- ✅ A strong grasp of paid media and the kind of content that actually converts
- ✅ The ability to generate angles and hooks at volume — and the judgment to know which ones to kill
- ✅ Organized enough to juggle several brands at once without dropping the bar
